Who's THAT pokemon? Surprise it's Louis's Uncle Tucker!

i'll make his npc app soon--

but to provide a little context, Louis is kind of a sickly child with a weakness to ice and cold. His uncle isn't sure how to help him other than by keeping him warm as he can and breaking out every blanket that he owns. Despite his look and behavior he's really not a fighter. He just hopes that a placating gift will be enough to get her to go away so Louis can get a little warmer and better. 

sooo what's in the box? A collectible hat and a picture of Louis, along with  little explanation written on the back. 

or maybe just a pair of tasteful pants.

Uncle tucker wrapped it himself... he's not so used to wrapping things. but thats pretty obvious.
